In civics chapter "POWER SHARING" the ethenic composition of Sri Lanka is 74% Sinhala speakers, 18% Tamil speakers, and 7% speaking both but that makes up only 99%, what about the remaining 1% of the population? It is completely ignored in book but I was just curious.
