In context of Saudi Arabia , Estonia and Fiji.Prove how the equal right to vote is denied?

in Saudi Arabia women are not allowed to vote
In Fiji Indian Fijians are not allowed to vote




And in Estonia I am not sure but I guess minority groups are not allowed to vote
