Acc to me,

answer is C

you know that ipv4 store 32 bit address

if you convert all address in binary ,you found

that 259.1.1.268 have binary

100000011.00000001.00000001.100001100

and you see that it contain  34 bit means it have more than max. requirement.

so it is not possible
