In cow milk the proportion of fats is 3-5%, In buffalo's milk proportion of fats is 6-9%. Naturally milk contains water in large proportions. So milk is found in liquid state. Due to lactose sugar present in milk, milk is sweet in taste. From this information write two characters of mixtures.​
