Humidity plays an important role while determining whether the sweating/stickiness will be how much in summers. Also,the latitudes play an important role in determine g the weather.

First Factor:-

So,as the tropic of cancer passes through Gujarat to Mizoram,the state's above this line will be cooler than the states below this line. Delhi comes above this line,so it is coller and there is not so sweat like Mumbai and Kolkata because they are below this line and close to the equator increasing the temperature of these states.

Second Factor:-

The humidity in Delhi is not so high as Kolkata and Mumbai because these areas are close to sea increasing the moisture in the air. However,Delhi is in middle of Iand and has no connection with sea decreasing the humidity.
