Leaders should be changed after certain period of time if they are not doing their work properly. This is the essence of democracy.

However it delays the decision making process but it increases the quality of decisions.

Media: Media is called the fourth pillar of democracy in a democratic country especially in India . It is very essential for proper functioning of democratic process. So it is necessary to make them neutral and freedom of expression and speech should be given to them.
