Answer:

Since democracy is Government of the people, by the people and for the people, the final decision making power rests with People's Representatives. In a democracy, people choose their representatives who take decisions in legislative assemblies on various issues. People vote for these representatives based on their policies towards these issues. Therefore by electing certain representatives, people are indirectly taking a stance on the issues regarding which decisions need to be taken and therefore the decision making power ultimately rests with the people. Hence, Option A is correct. No other organization can make the final decision, hence, the rest of the options are incorrect.

In 1999 General parvez mushraff himself led a military coup and called himself as the chief executive of the country. later he changed his destination of president and in 2002 held a referendum granting him 5 year extension.

In August 2002 he issued a legal framework order. According to the legal framework order the president has the power to dismiss the national and provincial assemblies.
