In direct indirect speech if the reported verb is present tense will the pronouns inside the inverted comma change ?

hey mate here is yours answer...

if we change direct to indirect speech inside the inverted commas pronounce will obviously be changed because if you're saying directly to one the one will say to another this is the way how the pronounce get changed
