In double displacement reaction between Lead Nitrate and potassium iodide, potassium nitrate and lead iodide are formed. If Lead Nitrate is not available, can we use Potassium Sulphate or Ammonium nitrate in place of it? Why or why not??​

Answer:

we cannot use potassium sulphate in place of lead nitrate because then it would not be able to exchange ions with potassium iodide......

but we can use ammonium nitrate in place of lead nitrate as it would be possible for it to exchange ions with potassium iodide.....
