say a line OAB

angle OAE+BAE=180⁰

angle OAE=180⁰-104⁰

=76⁰

then angle AEQ=76⁰

Alternate interior angle

Similarly extend CD backwards

say SCD

then angle SCE=180⁰-116⁰

=64⁰

then angle SCE=CEQ= 64⁰

and value of x⁰= angle AEQ+CEQ

=76⁰+64⁰

=140⁰
