according to 3's divisibility rule Every number sum ( for example 2134= 2+1+3+4) should be in the 3's table then it is divisible in this number 2724 = 2+7+2+4= 15 (which comes in the 3's table) So it is divisible!
if the sum is not in the 3's table it is not divisible For Example 223=2+2+3=7(which does not come in the 3's table ) So its not divisible!
