I.27*4 = 2+7+4=13

smallest number added to 13 to make it divisible by 3 is 2.

hence, 2+7+2+4=15.

2.5+3+4+6=18

smallest number added to 18 to make it divisible by 3 is 0

hence, 5+3+0+4+6=18
