⇒ Country population (increase) = $\frac{4z}{100}$

The increase in the total population will be = $\frac{15.9}{100}$

So-:

⇒  $\frac{18x}{100} +\frac{4z}{100} = \frac{15.9}{100}$

⇒ $15.9x +15.9z$

⇒ $2.1x =11.9z$

⇒ $\frac{x}{z} =\frac{11.9}{2.1}=\frac{17}{3}$

∴ The increased population is = $\frac{17}{3}$
