Tarun was a boy who aspired to become a great athlete, despite several obstacles that lay in his path. He was regarded as the Black Sheep in his family as he was poor in academics.

Ram Nararyan agrees to train him, after hearing his sad tale.

On the day of the great race, Tarun fell several times. Yet, he didn’t give up, and valiantly continued the race. He lost, but according to Ram Nararyan, his efforts were praiseworthy.
