Willn’t is the wrong answer because all other options like wouldn’t, can’t, shouldn’t is the contractions but the Willn’t isn't the contraction of two words, because these two words cannot be contracted in a single word.


Contractions mean joining of two possible words to a single word for the shortest form of words.
