Today with the changes in the technology there have been changes in the productivity and income of the people. This has created work opportunities and changes in the structure of the organizations. There is a lot of outsourcing happening which leads to flexibility for the workforce, more jobs, training and work satisfaction.

    People should work for 8 hours in a day, and no work on weekends, with enforced work safety regulations, which are important aspects that need to continue.
