Answer:

“The heart” The Heart is a very important organ in the body. It is what keeps your blood flowing and your organs going. It is a tireless muscle that pumps more than two thousand gallons of blood every day. The blood that is pumped is filled with nutrition and oxygen (Colombo 7).  It travels through out your body in less than sixty seconds. So it needs to be taken extra good care of. When abuse is put on the body, the heart’s performance is not at its best. The Heart is a major organ that needs loving and care. Everyone has only one and by abusing it, they are cutting their live span little by little. People can live their lives freely but how they choose to live them could be the difference between life and death.

There have been times when I sat in front of my computer, tapping away at my keys and just put my heart on the page. This is what I have found to be the best method for me - I write what I feel, just letting it flow.

six years ago I began writing a book on my dad. It was a year after he had passed away from cancer. The memories were still very vivid in my mind, as if it were yesterday. I just let the words flow, remembering and reliving every glorious and bitter detail

After the birth of my stepsister, the book became too much of a bittersweet undertaking for me. I was happy one moment, playing with my stepsister, then sad the next, reliving my dad's illness and subsequent death. Therefore, I chose to put the book away until I could devote more time and attention to it.

Later, after retrieving my book out of the files, I was grateful for what I had written. As I sat and reread it, I found things that I had completely forgotten about.

There are numerous revisions I need to make in my book, but the thoughts are there. For this I am grateful, because as time goes on, it also has a way of letting you forget. As much as you don't realize how much you will forget over time, you do.
