Heya Friend

Answer :-

It happend because alcohol is mostly reduction agent. so alcohol's oxidation able to reduce on H+ And Carboxylic acid's OH- react with H+ and make A Moleculer of water. And Carboxylic acid react with alcohol and make Ester. It reaction calls as esterification.
