Estonia is the country where minorities find it difficult to get right to vote because of the structure of Estonian constitution commands that only the natural born citizen living permanently in the region of local government will get right to vote and should attain the age of 18. As the many of the minority community is not the natural resident and constitute the large part of indigenous population and struggling for their right to vote.
