In Eukaryotes, cytokinesis is inhibited by Nocodazole.

• Nocodazole effects cytokinesis in cell division.

• Nocodazole is an antineoplastic agent it affects the cells in the mitosis stage, they can not form metaphase spindles because microtubes can not polymerase.

• This will results in cell death by apoptosis.

• The microtubules are very important for cytoskeleton formation.
