What you want to do is to work out the total mass after the silver and copper are added
1.0 + 0.25 + 0.05 = 1.3g
now figure out what 1% is by dividing the total mass by 100
1.3/100 = 0.013
now that you know how much grams represent 1% of the total mass, you can find out what each mass is worth (in percentage) by dividing them by 0.013
Silver - 0.25/0.013 = 19.23% (2 d.p.)
Copper - 0.05/0.013 = 3.85% (2 d.p)
Gold - 100% - (19.23 + 3.85) = 76.92% (2 d.p)
1.0 + 0.25 + 0.05 = 1.3g
now figure out what 1% is by dividing the total mass by 100
1.3/100 = 0.013
now that you know how much grams represent 1% of the total mass, you can find out what each mass is worth (in percentage) by dividing them by 0.013

Gold - 100% - (19.23 + 3.85) = 76.92% (2 d.p)
