In experiment of temporay mount peel why we use watch glass

Well I don't think that watch glass is used. After staining it is dipped in glycerine and then placed on a Glass slide. Tjen a coverslip is placed on it and pressed to remove the excess glycerine and air bubbles in it as I stidied. Hope this helped. BYE TATA SEEU TAKE CARE.
