 \frac{ {4}^{5} \times  {a}^{8}  \times  {b}^{3}  }{ {4}^{5} \times  {a}^{5 }   \times  {b}^{2} }

4^5 Will cut as the powers are same.

Now, write the left no.s

 \frac{   {a}^{8}  \times  {b}^{3}  }{    {a}^{5 }   \times  {b}^{2} }

Subtract the powers

 {a}^{8 - 5}  \times  {b}^{3 - 2}

 {a}^{3}  \times  {b}^{1}

When an exponents power is 1 no need to mention it.

Answer is a^3×b
