in extremely cold weather a family burnt coal in the room during night keeping doors and windows closed after sometime they feel suffocated immediately open the door and the windows and got relief
explain what actually happened ​

Hello!!

When coal is burnt, CO ( Carbon monoxide ) is produced.

As we know that CO is a poisonous gas so since the room was packed from all sides so the family felt suffocated

But as soon as they opened the door , CO escaped out and Hence the family felt relief after that.
