In Faraday's experiment instead of moving magnet towards coil, if we move coil towards the magnet then also induce current will flow?

yes there will be an induced current
it can be experienced through attaching a galvanometer in the coil and the deflection in galvanometer says about the induced current.
at first case we change the magnetic field whereas in second case we move the coil in an uniform magnetic field
