Answer:

Here, a = 130° and b = 50°

Step-by-step explanation:

Now as it is written in question,

a-2b = 30°

a = 30°+ 2b ________ (1)

As we know that Angle AOC and Angle BOC are in linear pair ,so we can say that,

Angle AOC + Angle BOC = 180°

a + b = 180° ___________(2)

Putting the value of a in equation (2) from equation (1) we get,

30°+ 2b +b = 180°

30° + 3b = 180°

3b = 180°-30°

b = 50°

Now putting the value of b in equation (1) we get,

a = 30°+ 2 × 50°

a = 130°

Hence,

a = 130° and b = 50°.
