Here according to figure angle x + angke A =100+x
But 100+x=180 there fore x=180-100=80
Angle y+30+20=180
Y=180-50
Y=130
(Y+x)/y-x=130+80/130-80
=210/50=21:5

Answer:

The value of (y+x):(y-x) is 21:5.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given information: l || m || n

The sum of consecutive interior angle of two parallel lines is 180 degree.

100+x=180

x=80

The value of x is 80.

The sum of angles on a straight line is 180 degree.

20+y+30=180

y+50=180

y=130

The value of y is 130.

We have to find the ratio of (y+x):(y-x)

\frac{y+x}{y-x}=\frac{130+80}{130-80}=\frac{210}{50}=\frac{21}{5}

Therefore the value of (y+x):(y-x) is 21:5.
