And CE is the transversal passing through AB and DC.
=>∠DCE=∠CEB (Alternate Angles) -- (1)

=>∠A=∠C (Opposite angles of a parallelogram as equal )
As AF and CE are bisectors of these angles respectively,
∠FAB=∠DCE --- (2)
