Answer:

Angle A= 100°

Angle B= 80°

Step-by-step explanation:

angle A + angle B = 180°

5x:4x = 180°

5x+4x = 180°

9x = 180°

x = 180/9

x = 20°

5x = 5×20 = 100°

4x = 4×20 = 80°.

Given:-

  • ABCD is a Parallelogram
  • Angle A and Angle B are in the ratio of 5:4.

To Find:-

  • The Value of Angle B.

SoluTion:-

Let,

Angle A = 5x & Angle B = 4x

As, Angle A and Angle B are adjacent Angles of a Parallelogram

WKT

Adjacent Angles of a Parallelogram are Supplementary.

→\;{\sf{Angle\;A+Angle\;B = 180°}}

→\;{\sf{5x+4x = 180°}}

→\;{\sf{9x = 180°}}

→\;{\sf{x = \frac{180°}{9}}}

→\;{\bf{x = 20°}}

Measure of Angle B = 4x = 4×20° → 80°

AnSweR:-

Value of Angle B ◕➜ \Large{\red{\mathfrak{80°}}}
