Given :- In given figure(refer to image) n - x = 4°.

To Find :- then values of x and n are ?

Concept used :-

  • A complete angle is equal to 360° .

Solution :-

from image we can see that,

→ 150° + n + x = 360° { complete angle }

→ n + x = 360° - 150°

→ n + x = 210° ------------- Equation (1)

and,

→ n - x = 4° { given } ---------- Equation (2)

adding Equation (1) and Equation (2) we get,

→ (n + x) + (n - x) = 210° + 4°

→ n + n + x - x = 214°

→ 2n = 214°

dividing both sides by 2,

→ n = 107°

putting value of n in Equation (2),

→ 107° - x = 4°

→ x = 107° - 4°

→ x = 103°

therefore, the values of x and n are 103° and 107° respectively .
