we know that PT is 3.8cm long and we akso know that PT=PR=PQ because P is the common point from where tangents are drawn to the circles and tangents drawn from a point are always equal. So now PQ and PR both are equal to 3.8cm and since QR=QP+PR

QR=3.8+3.8

=7.6cm
