Given,

  • PM=10cm
  • A(∆PQR)=100cm²
  • A(∆QRS)=110cm²

To find,

  • NR

Proof,

\pink\dashrightarrow{\Large{\sf{\frac{A(\triangle \: PQS)}{A(\triangle \: QRS)}  =  \frac{100}{110}}}}

\pink\dashrightarrow{\Large{\sf{\frac{\frac{1}{2}\times PM\implies QS}{\frac{1}{2}\times RN \times QS}  =  \frac{10}{11}}}}

\pink\dashrightarrow{\Large{\sf{\frac{\cancel{10}}{RN}={\frac{\cancel{10}}{11}}}}}

\green\dashrightarrow{\boxed{\bf{RN = 11cm}}}
