In Figure 11, Lllm and pllq. If a = 45 , find the value b

The sum of angles a, p and b=180°

Let the ,angle p be X

,angle b =2*X

Then,

Angle a+p+b=180°

=45+X+2*X=180°

x =  \frac{2}{180 \times 45}

X=4050

As per the lines are parallel the value of b=p

First put over the sum which is equal to 2*4050=8100

Or directly 45°
