Solution:

Since ABCD and AEFG are parallelograms their sides and angles would be equal.

From the figure, we can say,

⇒ ∠F = ∠A  {they are the opposite angles of a paralellogram} → (1)

⇒ ∠A = ∠C  {they are the opposite angles of a paralellogram} → (2)

Now from (1) and (2)

⇒ ∠F = ∠C

The value of angle C is given as 55°

⇒ ∠F = 55°

∴ The value of angle F = 55°
