In figure, AB || CD, EF is perpendicular to CD and angle GED = 140°, find angle FGE, angle AGE and angle GEC.​

Answer:

i) Finding FGE

GFE = 90 degree , GEF = ( 140 - 90 ) = 5O degree

FGE = 180 - ( GEF + GFE )

FGE = 180 - ( 90 + 50 ) = ( 40 degree ) Ans.

ii) Finding AGE

AGE = 180 - FGE , Where FGE = 40 degree

AGE = 180 - 40

AGE = ( 140 degree ) Ans.

iii) Finding GEC

GEC = 180 - GED , Where GED = 140 degree

GEC = 180 - 140 = ( 40 degree ) Ans.
