As we know that,
Area of parallelogram = Base × Height

We get;
ar (llgm ABCD) => BC × AE
=> 16×8cm²
=> 128cm²
Therefore,
AE = 8cm --->1
Now,
ar (llgm ABCD) = AD ×CF = AD×10
From eq. 1,we have
=> 16×8 = AD×10
=> AD = 16×8/10
=> AD = 128/10
=> AD = 12.8cm
Hence, AD = 12.8cm.
