step 1 :quadrilateral ABCD is a cyclic Quadrilateral

so sum of opposite angle is 180

therefore CBA is 50

step 2:prove triangle COB and EOB similar by hypo-side test

step3: due to similarity prove angle CBO=EBO

step 4:add both angles to make CBE

step 5: your answer is 100°
