360-60=300
Therefore ratio=60:300
=1:5

Let radius of the circle be R

Area of the shaded region=(60/360)πR^2

Area of the unshaded region=(300/360)πR^2

the ratio between them=[(60/360)πR^2]/[(300/360)πR^2]

=(60/360)/(300/360)

=60/300

=1/5

=1:5
