Angle ABC = angle DCB (alternate interior angle)
ANGLE DCB = 60°

EF||CD
Angle FCE + angle DCE = 180 (Co interior angle)
140 + DCE=180
DCE=40°
angle BCD = BCE + ECD
60° = BCE + 40
BCE= 20°
therefore, x=20°
