Hey there,
∠QRT=∠RQP as they are alternate angles
=> 65°=28°+x
=> x=37°
∠PQS=∠QSR since they are alternate angles
and y+∠QSR=90° since PS⊥SR
So y=90°-37°
=> y=53°
