PT = 3.9 cm & TA = 3.9√3 cm = 6.75 cm  if TA is tangent at point T angle TPA=60° and PA= 7.8cm

Step-by-step explanation:

TA is tangent at point T

let assume P is center of circle

PA = 7.8 cm

∠ TPA=60°

Cos∠ TPA  = PT/PA

=> Cos60°  = PT/7.8

=> 1/2 = PT/7.8

=> PT = 3.9 cm

PA² - PT²  = TA²

=> 7.8² - 3.9² = TA²

=> TA² = 3.9²(4 - 1)

=> TA² = 3.9²* 3

=> TA = 3.9√3 cm = 6.75 cm
