Substituting in equation(1),

140°

+z=180°

⇒ z=40° .

Now,

Using exterior angle theorem when ∠NET=100

is an exterior angle,

x+z=100°

x+40°

=100°

⇒ x=60°

Now, In △ENM,

x+y+z=180°

y+100° -180°⇒ y=80°
