We know that sum of two angle =108. [linear pair]

now, 2y+5+3x=180

2y+5+5×25=180

2y+130=180

2y=180-130

2y=50

y=50/2

y=25

Step-by-step explanation:

Given x = 25°

Hence 3x = 3×25 = 75°

Therefore ∠ COB = 75°

Now

∠COA + ∠COB = 180° (Linear Pair)

(2y + 5)° + 75° = 180°

2y + 80 = 180

2y = 180 - 80

2y = 100

y = 100/2

y = 50°

Hence ∠COA = 2y + 5 = 2 × 50 + 5 = 100 + 5 = 105°

THEREFORE ∠COA = 105°

∠COB = 75°

Hope it helps you :)
