since angle RPQ=½angle APQ

Therefore 38°=½ angle APQ

Therefore angle APQ=2×38°=76°.....(I)

now angle PQD+ angle FQD =180°(Linear pair)

Therefore angle PQD=180°-104°=76°...(II)

By equations I and II

angle APQ=angle PQD

But angle APQ and PQD are alternate interior angles

Therefore AB II CD (Since alternate interior angles are equal only when the lines are parallel)
