in first equation of motion,
at=v-u
so how is v=u+at
where is the minus sign gone.
please explain.

HI FRIEND....

THE FIRST EQUATION IS at=v-u

THEN

-v=-u-at

NOW...

-v= -(u+at) cancel the minus as they are on both side..

THEREFORE WE GET..

v=u+at

When we swift '-u' to the left hand side, it becomes '+u' .
