In Fleming's right hand rule what is perpendicular to each other----> "motion and magnetic field" or "magnetic field and induced current" ?

It's for magnetic field and induced current.

Here is your answer-

According To Fleming right-hand Rule The Right Hand Thumb, index finger and middle finger are stretched so as to get perpendicular to each other. If the index finger is in the direction of magnetic field, the thamb is in the direction of motion of conductors then the middle finger show the direction of induced current.
