When RRYY is crossed with rryy, all F1 progeny will be Round in shape with yellow colour with RrYy genotype. RrYy will produce male and female gametes as RY, Ry, rY and ry. Thus F2 generation will produce offspring:

1) Round seeds with yellow cotyledon (9)

2) Round seeds with green cotyledon(3)

3) Wrinkled seeds with yellow cotyledon(3)

4) Wrinkled seeds with green cotyledon(1)

Therefore option B is the correct
