see diagram, here it is clear that 1uF and 2uF capacitors are joined in series combination and 3uF capacitor joined in parallel with system of 1uF and 2uF.

we know, in series combination, charge on each capacitor has same value.

so, Let us consider charge on 1uF or 2uF = Q

now , equivalent capacitance of 1uF and 2uF , C = 1uF × 2uF/(1uF + 2uF) = (2/3)uF

so, potential difference across system of 1uF and 2uF , V = Q/C = Q/(2/3)uF

in parallel combination, potential difference remains same. so, potential across 3uF capacitor = potential across system of 1uF and 2uF

or, q/3uF = Q/(2/3)uF

or, q/3 = 3Q/2

or, q/Q = 9/2

or, Q/q = 2/9

hence, ratio of charge on 2uF to 3uF will be 2 : 9.
