To find

• value of a and b

$\sf a - b=70 \: \: \: \: \: \: - - - - (2)~~~~~~~given$

On Solving Equation 1, We get

$\\→\sf \: a + b = 180$

$→\sf \: a = 180 - b \: \: \: \: \: \: - - - - (3)$

Putting the Value of a in Equation 2, we get

$\\→ \sf180 - b - b = 70$

$→\sf - 2 b = 70 - 180$

$→\sf - 2 b = - 110$

$→\sf b = 55$

putting the Value of b in Equation 3, we get

$\\ →\sf a = 180 - 55$

$→\sf a = 125$
