Given

  • a-b=70°

To find

  • value of a and b

{\sf a+b=180  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  -  -  -  - (1) \:  \:  \:} by \: linear \: pair

\sf a - b=70 \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  -  -  -  - (2)~~~~~~~given\\

On Solving Equation 1, We get

 \\→\sf \: a + b = 180

→\sf \: a  = 180 - b \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  -  -  -  - (3)\\

Putting the Value of a in Equation 2, we get

\\→ \sf180 -  b - b = 70

 →\sf - 2 b = 70 - 180

→\sf - 2 b =  - 110

→\sf   b =  55\\

putting the Value of b in Equation 3, we get

\\ →\sf a = 180 - 55

→\sf a = 125\\

  • \\\\\text{Therefore the Value of a and b is }\\\pink{{\sf{55 ~~~and ~~~125 .}}}
