Answer with Step-by-step explanation:

PQ is paralle to RS

PS=QR

Construction: Line PQ is produced to T and join RT such that RT and RQ

Proof: Angle RTQ=Angle RQT

Reason: Angle made by two equal side are equal.

Angle RQT+Angle RQP=180 degrees (Linear pair)...(1)

PT is a transversal line

Angle P+angle RTQ=180 degrees (Interior angle sum )

Substitute the value

Angle P+angle RQT==180 degrees ..(2)

From equation(1) and equation(2)

\angle P+\angle RQT=\angle RQT+\angle RQP

\angle P=\angle RQP

Hence ,angle P=angle Q
